About Us:

Cedar Gold Group is a leading firm in the precious metals industry, specializing in helping clients protect their wealth through gold and silver IRAs. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to support our growing team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Position Overview:

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing office operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently. You will assist in onboarding new employees, manage office administrative tasks, process mail, and provide direct support to the CEO. Additionally, you will help manage job inquiries, assist with payroll processing, and support the processing team with data entry and spreadsheet management.

A key part of this role is being a team player and stepping in to assist the processing team whenever there is a constraint to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

 Administrative & Office Operations:

  • Ensure all office operations run smoothly and efficiently.

  • Assist the CEO with various tasks as needed.

  • Process and send company mail.

  • Manage job inquiries and coordinate interview scheduling.

 Employee & Payroll Assistance:

  • Help onboard new employees, ensuring proper documentation and system setup.

  • Input employee data into the payment portal and payroll system.

  • Support the processing team by fixing and updating spreadsheets related to payroll and operations.

 Processing Team Support & Collaboration:

  • Step in to assist the processing team whenever there is a constraint or urgent task.

  • Ensure efficient workflow by helping with data entry, tracking transactions, and resolving discrepancies.

  • Work closely with multiple departments to keep operations moving smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

 Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Experience in administrative, office management, or payroll support roles preferred.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and data entry tasks.
A team player who takes initiative and adapts to business needs.
Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
